Lemon Pound Cake


Lemon Pound Cake Specs:
  • Solid, dense cake with total weight over 1 pound
  • Made in a bundt pan
  • Requires 5 eggs and 2 sticks of butter
  • For extra lemony-ness: baste with lemon syrup and drizzle lemon glaze
  • Serve with fresh sliced strawberries and a dollop of homemade whipped cream = heavenly
